Accommodation

All participants attending iGeo 2025 will be accommodated at the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok. Each room is equipped with essential amenities, including bedding, pillows, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, towels, and complimentary wireless internet access. Twin-bed rooms will be arranged for students and team leaders. Single rooms are available upon request, subject to an additional charge.

Laundry services are also available at the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok for an extra fee.

Catering Information

Participants will be provided with three main meals daily at the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok. If you have any dietary restrictions, they should have been noted during your iGeo registration. While the organisors will make every effort to accommodate your dietary preferences, please be aware that certain limitations may arise due to the offerings of food providers. For the Fieldwork exercise and excursions, lunch will be provided during the trips.
